can look back to 1796 to mark its beginnings as a coeducational
boarding school in NY’s Hudson River Valley. Over two hundred years

What other activities and/or duties do you have at your school
other than teaching?
Friends Committee, Peace Club, No Sweat (Students for Fair Labor), Assistant Faculty Clerk, Yoga Life Sports Coach.

What has been one of your most memorable teaching experiences at
the school?
Teaching a Fashion Design class and a Nature Study Class where everyone sat and drew flowers.

Describe one of your most interesting personal experiences at
the school?
Watching my students go to excellent art colleges.

If you were able to teach any subject you want, what would that
be and why?
Community Service through the Arts.
5.
What do you feel is your school’s most positive asset?
Teaching to the individual student and the small teacher-to-student ratio.

What advice would you give a new student at your school?
Join clubs, be organized, use your study halls well.
7.
If you weren’t teaching, what would you like to be doing?
Be a horticulture healer.
